Content

In this training, you’ll enhance your leadership role in promoting a strong quality culture within a GxP environment (Good x Practice). Through hands-on exercises, you’ll gain a clear understanding of “quality” in GxP and learn how to communicate effectively. You’ll also discover how to identify and address GxP-related issues within your team, tackling them with confidence and precision. This course focuses on strengthening your existing leadership skills, with no new models introduced. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity for 2 hours of individual coaching to further explore and implement the key concepts covered in the training.

Added value

The training provides a highly practical and customized learning experience. By submitting cases in advance, participants work on real situations they encounter in their own work. This ensures the training is immediately applicable, teaching participants how to address quality issues in their own GxP environment. The combination of theoretical knowledge of quality standards and solving specific practical cases makes the training both relevant and valuable, as it helps participants strengthen their leadership skills and promote a quality culture within their team.
