Through hands-on exercises, you’ll gain a clear understanding of “quality” in GxP and learn how to communicate effectively. This course focuses on strengthening your existing leadership skills, with no new models introduced. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity for 2 hours of individual coaching to further explore and implement the key concepts covered in the training.
